I am an oddity, but I am a gluten free vegan due to a health condition. I love you establishment and wondered if you had considered developing a Vegan crust that is Gluten Free. I know that their probably aren’t a lot of us in the world but you would be tackling two problems with one product. Thank you for your consideration.

I have been to the one in Hendersonville TN. The pizza is quite good(unlike most every other place here in the south). It’s nice to be able to go out and get a good pie, and a good beer.

We ate at Brixx for the first time Saturday. We live in Knoxville,vand My 9yr old daughter and myself have cealic disease. Going out to est is a daunting and scary ordeal for fears of getting sick, and thoughts of staff at restaurants not caring or taking us seriously. This was not the case at Brixx! We had a wonderful experience, our waiter took excellent care of us and ensured us he would take total care with our order! My daughter said “THIS IS THE BEST GF PIZZA I’VE HAD SINCE I HAD TO GO GLUTEN FREE” Now this says tons, coming from a 9yr old! We got it all here, Salad, pizza, dessert, and beer! THANK YOU!
