Susan - we're sorry to hear that. We are on the hunt for a gluten-free dough that is also vegan, but haven't found one we feel is up to our standards, yet. Rest assured, if we find one, we'll let everyone know about it. Until then, we hope to see you for our salads and gluten-free beers.

I would LOVE a gluten free, vegan crust!! I just learned (today) that I can eat gluten anymore, and was not upset because I knew you guys had a GF crust so, even if I had to give up all of my other favorite foods, I could continue my weekly vegan pizza eating at Brixx. Then I found out that the crust isn't vegan. I'M SO SAD! Make a GF vegan crust! Did I mention I eat (ate :() there every week?! (Greenville and Mount Pleasant, SC)

Chris - Thanks for your kind words. We're always on the lookout for new ways to serve guests with dietary restrictions, but haven't found a vegan, gluten-free dough we're staisfied with, yet.

Your place in Franklin is great. My wife and I were excited to see you offered gluten free and vegan pizzas, but were disapointed when we found out that the Gluten free ones were not vegan. She has alergies to both gluten and eggs, so going out to eat is a stuggle. It would be awesome to be able to enjoy a Gluten and Vegan pizza with my wife at your place. hope to see it in the future

My wife and I are both vegan and we have been eating at Brixx once a week for the last 3 weeks. We love the vegan cheese and whole wheat crust with our Wood Roasted Vegetable pizza and all the vegan toppings we can think of!

Thanks for the feedback, Kris. While we'd never call our pizzas "health food," we're always striving to give our guests as many options as we can with nurtition and with dietary needs very much in mind. And, our ultimate goal is to serve food we're proud of -- from our pizzas and pastas to our sanwcihes and salads.

Great place, but even though you offer gluten-free options, the dough still contains canola oil, soy and hydrogenated oils. It's still not very good for your body. Best bet would be to make your own pizza crust at home with almond flours or similar and skip out on the bad oils in these pizzas. But, if you must have pizza, then this place has what you need to satisfy the cravings.
