Gift cards purchased through Brixx or authorized providers are subject to any additional terms provided at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, gift cards are not redeemable for cash and may not be replaceable if lost, stolen, or damaged. Promotional gift cards, bonus cards, and similar offers may be subject to expiration dates, usage restrictions, or other conditions disclosed with the promotion.
Because Brixx serves alcoholic beverages at participating locations, certain purchases may be subject to age verification and other legal requirements. By purchasing or attempting to purchase alcoholic beverages through any Brixx service, you represent that you are of legal drinking age in the jurisdiction where the purchase occurs. Brixx reserves the right to refuse the sale, service, pickup, or delivery of alcoholic beverages whenever required by law or when a guest is unable to provide valid identification or otherwise does not meet legal requirements.
Reservations, private events, catering services, and group dining requests are subject to availability and may be governed by separate booking policies. Certain reservations or events may require deposits, minimum spending commitments, cancellation fees, or additional contractual terms.
