First, it’s coated in Cajun seasoning then it’s roasted to perfection in our brick oven. A little spicy but a lot of flavor! There’s a reason it’s been on the menu since day one.
Pair with a light red Pinot Noir or a medium red Merlot or Zinfandel to enhance the blackened chicken.
